About this integration

Integrating CARFAX with CarCollect makes trade more transparant. Buyers and sellers can request Vehicle History Reports to see the full damage- and owner history of vehicles. This transparency builds trust between buyers and sellers, making transactions smoother and more reliable.

For sellers CARFAX makes adding vehicles to CarCollect Trade even faster. Select CARFAX as your data provider when adding a new vehicle, enter the license plate or the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Their data automatically populates fields such as vehicle make, model and factory options.

To use this integration, you need active accounts with both CARFAX and CarCollect. Request activation. Once confirmed, you can generate CARFAX reports right away. There are no integration fees, but you will still pay CARFAX for data access. You can request as many reports as you need, they will be saved for 30 days within your CarCollect documents.
