CarCollect Bulk Actions

We, as CarCollect, strive to make vehicle trading as efficient and easy as possible. Therefore, we have introduced the Bulk function. With this feature you can easily perform several actions at the same time on a large number of vehicles. This includes simultaneously awarding multiple vehicles to one buyer, adding several vehicles to a new or ongoing auction, transport or payment accreditation.

Bulk assigning

With CarCollect bulk it is possible to assign all your vehicles easily from one overview to your chosen bidder. All of your vehicles are listed together on the bulk overview page. Select the bid price you want to sell the vehicle for from the dropdown field. Do this for all vehicles and you can complete the action with a single click. You no longer need to bid for each vehicle separately.

Bulk auctions

If you have a large number of vehicles listed and want to add them to an auction with specific features, you can use the 'bulk auctions' tab. Here you can easily select all the vehicles you want to add.

Bulk administration

If you received several payments and want to approve the payment of all vehicles at once, then go to the "bank payment received" tab in bulk. Here you can easily select all vehicles from which you have received payment and accredit them all at once.

Report vehicles records complete in bulk

When all vehicles have been paid and the purchasing party or you yourself have transported the vehicles, you can select all vehicles and set them to transported. This will automatically complete the vehicle file and close it.
