With DEKRA integrated with CarCollect, you can retrieve and view full vehicle inspection reports in CarCollect Trade. This allows you to turn all DEKRA inspections including images and damage assessments into draft auctions whenever you want.

This saves time and effort in data transfer. Click the action button and select ‘add to CarCollect’ and you can turn DEKRA inspection reports into draft auctions. It makes your workflow more efficient and transparent.

To activate this integration, you need an account with DEKRA. Once you have your account, request activation. Activation is free, but inspections conducted by DEKRA are on a pay-per-inspection basis. After activation, you can find inspection reports in the inspection manager within CarCollect Trade.

You can find all inspections reports in the Inspection Manager app within your CarCollect Environment. Reports will be saved for 30 days.

Can I dispute the findings of an inspection report?

If you have any concerns about the findings in the inspection report, contact Dekra to discuss the report in detail.

Is the full inspection report available to everyone from the listing?

No, the inspection report is only available to the requesting party, and the buyer. It is not visible to other users of our platform
